let’s walk the talk! is for me much more than just a claim. My maxim is to treat each other in a fair and transparent manner. My thoughts and words are expressed in my actions. For me, this is part of a value-oriented leadership style.

 And that does not exclude clear expectations of working together. Trust, openness, constructive criticism, creativity, innovation, argumentation, dynamism and empathy are important key factors. Listening to and respecting each other then makes it all easier.
